Plan your airport pickup
For an arrival at Heraklion Airport (HER), include the flight number, landing date and destination address. Distinguish the flight arrival time from any separately requested pickup time. The meeting point and contact arrangements are agreed with Marko after he reviews the request.
Travelling to the airport or returning later?
For a departure, tell Marko the flight departure time as well as your requested pickup time. He reviews the route and schedule before confirming the journey; do not treat an enquiry as a guaranteed airport arrival time. You can request the return leg in the same form, including a different pickup address.

A few practical details to help you prepare your request.
Does sending a request confirm my booking?
No. Your request is saved with a reference. Marko reviews the route, availability, luggage and price, then contacts you. The journey is confirmed separately after you agree the details.
How many passengers and bags can travel?
The Renault Trafic carries up to 8 passengers plus the driver, subject to luggage suitability. Tell us the number and size of suitcases, cabin bags, pushchairs and any oversized items so Marko can assess the space required.
Can I request child seats or boosters?
Two child seats and two booster seats are available free of charge on advance request, subject to confirmation. Include the children’s ages and the number of seats needed. Selecting them in the form does not reserve them automatically.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
No worries! Just provide your flight number when booking so we can monitor your arrival. We include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your actual landing time. Any additional waiting is subject to availability, and additional charges may apply if agreed in advance.
Can we make a stop during our transfer?
Of course, you can request an additional stop, such as a supermarket visit. Please let us know in advance whenever possible. Unplanned stops are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply depending on the waiting time and any extra distance. Any additional cost will always be agreed with you before the stop.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is made after the transfer. Cash, card, Revolut and PayPal are accepted. Sending this enquiry does not require an online payment or deposit.
Can I include the return journey?
Yes. Select Return and provide the return date and pickup time. You can reverse the original route or enter different return locations. Send both legs in one request; Marko confirms the quotation personally.
What is included in a custom itinerary?
The quotation covers the agreed road journey, with its pickup location, stops, duration and waiting arrangements. Boat trips, admission tickets, guided visits, tastings, activities and purchases from other providers are separate. For Spinalonga the road transfer ends at the agreed boat departure port; for Chrissi Island it is to Ierapetra port, subject to seasonal access. Confirm boat services, access, venue availability and any third-party costs separately. Marko must confirm the road itinerary before booking.
